This grain is very similar to the wheat you might find in Europe because of the way it is processed, so if you can eat gluten in Europe, there’s a good chance you can digest high-quality einkorn. Sourdough is a fermentation process that creates good bacteria for the gut, making wheat easier to digest. So if you’re just sensitive and not allergic, this might be another good option.

I’ve tested out many different store-bought breads and they’re all similar but different. It’s really delicious and gives you a higher volume with fewer calories. Zucchini noodles are also good, but I prefer the spaghetti squash route.

If I want to eat any healthy popcorn, you will find me grabbing Lesser Evil off the store shelves. They have the best popcorn out there and their ingredients are so clean. They are even certified gluten-free.

For gluten-free sweet treats, there are a variety of clean options out there. Simple Mills has amazing boxed mixes and cookies. Siete has some of my favorite crunchy chocolate chip cookies. Granola-wise, my favorite by far is Purely Elizabeth. Their granola is the perfect balance of salty and sweet, and the ingredients are amazing. My favorite is any of their cookie granolas.
