Protein Pancakes

The best protein pancake recipe that is simple yet delicious. These are quick to make, have 20 plus grams of protein, and are the most filling dish. Eat them for breakfast, brunch, lunch or even dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pancake mix*
  • 1 scoop of protein powder*
  • 1 egg
  • As much water as needed*

Instructions

  1. Spray your pan with avocado oil or coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine the protein powder, pancake mix, egg, and water.
  3. Whisk to combine.
  4. Scoop desired amount onto a hot and well-oiled pan.
  5. Top with toppings of choice. I did banana, blueberry, and Maple Syrup but it changes everyday. Enjoy!

đź’ˇ Tips & Notes

  • I used Jovial’s einkorn pancake mix but you can use whichever brand you want.
  • I used Truvani’s vanilla plant-based protein powder but again you can use whichever brand or flavor you want.
  • I didn’t measure out my water because I feel as if it differs every time. Just add water until the consistency looks correct.
